Takulandirani – “Welcome” in Chichewa! We are excited for you to meet our special guest all the way from Malawi. Humphreys Mkandawire is the lead pastor of Flood Church in Lilongwe, Malawi. Having grown up in that area, Pastor Humphreys knows the people and knows the needs. Our own Amy Collett, attends this church and assists with the Children’s ministries, while serving as a leader/instructor at GOGO (Grace of God Orphanage). In June a team of 8 (5 from FBC) will travel to Malawi to serve alongside Amy in the good work at GOGO and the surrounding areas. Pastor Humphreys is married to Kate (originally from Australia). They have 2 children, Thembi (3) and Danny (1).
