The Bible doesn’t address every particular issue, but it does give us a solid moral framework and key life principles to help us apply God’s moral code to the most challenging social issues we face. Together we will learn what God has to say about some of the hot topics facing our world.

Today, in the first of our pre-planned “breaks” from our Core Issues series, our speaker is Micah Hoffman. Micah is a 3rd year student at Grace College majoring in Biblical Studies with a minor in History. As our returning Youth Intern this school year, he will be teaching the Senior High Sunday School class and helping out on Wednesday nights at Youth Group. In his free time Micah enjoys watching football (especially the Baltimore Ravens), playing board games, and watching Pixar movies.

Our guest speaker today is Caleb Stout, a student at Indiana Wesleyan University who in the spring will complete his undergraduate degree in Christian Ministry. He is the son of Pastor Kurt and Heidi Stout.
Our guest musicians are Rebekah Pyle and friends, also attending Indiana Wesleyan. Rebekah is a third-year Music Therapy major and is the granddaughter of First Brethren members Leonard and Linda Pyle.
